  • The offices are fully furnished and this can be modified according to tenants’ reasonable individual requirements

  • Small meeting room (1-3 people) and larger boardroom (6-8 people) – available on a bookings basis at no extra charge to tenants

  • Use of PO Box 3058 with inwards and outwards mail collected daily by courier

Additional services available:

  • We have a new 3CX telephone/secure wifi system throughout the offices and there is a small monthly charge for the use of this. There are telephones in every office. The cost of outgoing calls is monitored and charged back to your account each month.
  • Konica C280 colour photocopier/scanner – photocopying operates with a PIN number that is charged back to your account each month; scans are free.
  • Car parks can usually be provided to tenants at a cost of $250 per calendar month (including GST).

The onsite management of the serviced office network and all secretarial support is carried out by Anne White of Webtext Limited (www.webtext.co.nz) who has specialised in legal work for the past 20 years.There are currently several barrister and solicitor tenants within the office network and Webtext also acts as a word processing hub for several other barristers who email digital voice files for transcirption and return as Word documents. We use the Olympus digital transcription system.

As well as members of the legal profession, Webtext’s clients include Government departments, large corporates, charitable organisations, small businesses and individuals.

Photocopying, printing and scanning
Photocopier

Colour photocopying and printing using a PIN system are available and charged back to your monthly account.Using Konica optical character reading (OCR) software your precious paper documents can be scanned into Word format for editing. Photographs, images and graphics can also be scanned into most formats. All documents can be scanned and emailed to any email address anywhere.
