Established in 1991, the Braemar Office Network occupies space on the first, third, fourth and fifth floors of the building. Many of the offices have been occupied for several years by the same tenants but from time to time, space does become available to someone new. We offer ‘instant offices’ with weekly rentals for individual offices range from $150 to $350 plus GST. Tenancies are on a month-by-month basis with rent payable on the first business day of each month. A bond equivalent to a month’s rent plus GST is payable by each new tenant at the start of their tenancy.
A variety of offices is available to you with our largest ones ranging in size from about 19 square metres to 24 square metres, and the smaller ones from about 8 square metres.
The offices are all furnished with management desks and chairs, visitors’ chairs, coffee table and/or meeting table – depending on size. Some of the smaller offices have very large walk-in sized storage cupboards. We can modify the furniture according to individual tenants’ reasonable requirements.
Each office has a telephone system installed and tenants can have their own private telephone number answered by the receptionist if required.
We also have a small meeting room and a larger boardroom which are available for tenants to use on a bookings basis at no extra cost.

Whats currently available?
Right now we have available one large office on level 4 (“A” on the floor plan).
We also have a suite of rooms on level 3 which would make ideal professional chambers or quirky office space for a single organisation (up to 10-12 people). Alternatively, the rooms can be rented out to individual tenants as is most of the rest of the office network.
