Braemar Office Network is located in the Braemar Building at the northern end of The Terrace in Wellington. Formerly residential apartments built in the late 1920s, it is a quirky character building of art deco architectural style. The office network occupies space on several floors of the building and overlooks The Terrace to the east and the Tinakori Hills to the west. Most of the offices get lots of sunshine and natural light throughout the entire year.

The Braemar Building was constructed in the late 1920s and was one of the earliest fully reinforced concrete buildings in New Zealand. The building is not classified as earthquake-prone by the Wellington City Council.

Established in 1991, Braemar Office Network is located in the Braemar Building at the northern end of The Terrace in Wellington’s CBD. Formerly residential apartments built in the late 1920s, it is a building of quaint and traditional architectural style.

The office nework occupies space on several floors of the building and overlooks The Terrace to the east and the Tinakori Hills to the west. Most of the offices get lots of sunshine and natural light throughout the entire year.

Braemar is not classified as earthquake prone by the Wellington City Council.

Management provider


The management of the serviced office network and the secretarial support is provided by Anne White, who has specialised in legal word processing for the past 20 years.

Webtext also acts as a word processing hub for several barristers who email digital voice dictation files for transcription and return.With a background in Hansard, Anne provides a prompt, professional service and is accurate and fast with an extensive knowledge of spelling and grammar which is so important when working with legal documents and opinions. Anne is happy to give the names of some of her clients to act as referees if required.
